If not, then anything I should try that could save my model? I've downloaded models from Mixamo before with no problems, but it's only the model I made in Fuse that looks bad. On the right is a soldier model I imported from the Asset Store. The animations works fine when the Animation Type for both the character fbx and animation fbx are set to Generic. Go to and log in with your Adobe credentials or create an account. What would be nice is to have a default static T pose animation of 1 frame. It came with an fbx for the t-posed character, as well as separate fbx files for each animation (armature only). The problem with using a Mixamo animation is the model jerks because the animation has a Live positioning to it. This is how it looks on the website:Īlso looks great. I downloaded this Action Adventure Pack from Mixamo. I loved how easy it was to make, I uploaded it to Mixamo, then downloaded it. So is there anything I can do to fix the imported materials? For example, here I made a standard material for the shirt: The other videos I've seen have you importing the character m. All I need is simple biped autorigging for basic, low-poly meshes. When I make my own material, the bugs go away. There are probably better ways to go about this, but this is the method that works best for me. Hi there, I've been using the miximo autorigger quite a bit - have found it to be extremely user friendly although I'm at the point where cost wise I simplly can't afford to pay 79 for each download or 1500 per year for unlimited access (at this stage anyway). NOTE: I've determined the issue is with the materials imported. While there are many 3D models and animations available and ready to use in Unity from the Asset Store, there are many more sources of 3D assets from third.
